Where We Work

Hospitality Training Across London

We deliver hotel and hospitality staff training in every corner of central London. Choose your area to see how we tailor our approach to the hotels, guests and pace of that part of the city.

London

Mayfair

Mayfair holds one of the highest concentrations of five-star hotels anywhere in Europe. Claridge's, The Connaught, The Dorchester and Brown's sit within a few streets of each other, alongside Michelin-starred restaurants and private members' clubs serving a clientele who have stayed everywhere and compare everything.

Knightsbridge

Knightsbridge serves an international luxury clientele, The Berkeley, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, the Bulgari and the townhouse hotels around Harrods and Sloane Street cater to long-stay guests, Gulf and Asian visitors, and families who book suites for weeks at a time.

Covent Garden

Covent Garden runs on the clock. Theatreland fills every restaurant with a pre-theatre rush that has to be seated, served and cleared before curtain-up, and the boutique hotels around the piazza deal with a constant churn of visitors arriving from every direction at every hour.

Soho

Soho is London's densest, fastest, most competitive hospitality square mile, independent restaurants, bars, late-night venues and design-led hotels packed into a handful of streets, all fighting for the same guests. It runs on young teams, long hours and rapid turnover.

Shoreditch

Shoreditch reinvented what a hotel could be. The Hoxton, Nobu, Shoreditch House and a generation of design-led properties built their reputations on a service style that is informal, personable and genuinely warm, and far harder to deliver consistently than traditional formality.

London

the City of London

The City runs on a weekday rhythm unlike anywhere else in London. Hotels fill Monday to Thursday with business travellers, empty at weekends, and every morning brings a breakfast rush of guests who need to be fed, checked out and gone before a meeting at nine.

Canary Wharf

Canary Wharf is a business district that never really switched off, international finance, long corporate stays, serviced apartments and hotels serving guests who are here to work and expect the operation around them to be as efficient as they are.

Westminster & Victoria

Westminster and Victoria handle sheer volume. Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament bring tourists in their millions, and Victoria's transport hub feeds a dense cluster of large hotels processing hundreds of arrivals and departures every single day.

South Kensington & Chelsea

South Kensington and Chelsea serve a quieter, more discerning end of the market, townhouse hotels, embassy visitors, museum-goers and affluent families on longer stays, in a part of London where hospitality is expected to be understated rather than showy.
